Lakewood picked up a massive 2-0 Moore League boys’ soccer win at Long Beach Poly on Wednesday night.

Senior Angelo Funes scored both goals for the Lancers and the game-winner came off a rebound header in the second half.

Lakewood (8-3-4, 4-1-2) is third place in league after the win, and will travel to sixth-place Jordan on Friday.

Long Beach Poly (8-4-2, 3-3-1) is fourth and hosts first-place Millikan on Friday.
