Wilson and Millikan stayed atop the Moore League girls’ golf standings with a pair of wins on Tuesday.
First-place Wilson beat Cabrillo at Recreation Park Golf Course 262-369 while junior Ellen Baldwin earned the medalist honors with a round of 48. Next up, the Bruins will take on Mater Dei at Mile Square Park on Thursday.
Second-place Millikan took down Long Beach Poly 221-239 at El Dorado Golf Course. Poly’s Kate Montemayor took the medalist honors with a round of 37, and Millikan’s Hailey Stoskopf was the low finisher for the Rams with a 42. Millikan starts the second round of league play on Thursday against Lakewood at Skylinks while Poly hosts Cabrillo at Recreation Park.
