The Jordan boys’ basketball team is the last undefeated team in the Moore League, and they take their record down Atlantic Ave to Long Beach Poly today to try to beat the 13-time defending league champion Jackrabbits. Poly has already lost a game to Lakewood and is part of a three-team chase pack behind the Panthers that includes the Lancers and Wilson.

Chris Francis’ Panthers have played Sierra Canyon and Harvard-Westlake and aren’t going to shy from a hard-fought game at Poly, as they try to unseat the Jackrabbits. Jordan is trying to win its first boys’ basketball league title since 2008-09.

The game will be at Poly at 7 p.m. after the conclusion of the girls’ basketball game. We’ll have live updates on the website.
