Heading into his final season of college football, former Long Beach Poly offensive lineman Wendell “WoWo” Moe, Jr. has been recognized as one of the best players in the sport.
The redshirt senior at the University of Tennessee was recently named a Walter Camp Preseason All-American, placing him as a Top 10 offensive lineman in the nation.
Moe was a standout offensive guard for the Jackrabbits in high school, helping Poly win a CIF-SS title during his senior season while earning Moore League Lineman of the Year honors. He signed with Arizona out of high school, and used a redshirt season in 2022 while appearing in four games for the Wildcats.
After playing 25 more games for Arizona over the next two seasons, he transferred to Tennessee for the 2025 campaign. As a Volunteer, Moe made 11 starts at both offensive guard spots and was named First Team All-SEC by the Associated Press.
In his college career, Moe has played in 40 games with 38 starts, and he’s allowed only two sacks in his 2,464 offensive snaps.
Moe’s performance last season made him one of the top returning linemen in the country, and earned him a spot on the Second Team of this year’s Walter Camp Preseason FBS All-America Teams. This season marks the 137th edition of the Walter Camp All-America Teams, making it the oldest honor of its kind in college football.
