What up, Long Beach! We’re checking in with @LBSUMBB in the Gold Mine. With some rain, the venue has moved as the Beach hosts Cal Poly to continue Big West play.
Last time out, the Beach had a dominating win over Lincoln as five athletes scored in double figures and LBSU moved the ball around finishing with a season-high 31 assists.
Defensively, the Beach will need to contain Mousa Hamad (21 ppg), Peter Bandejj (16.1 ppg) and Cayden Ward (15.5 ppg) who are all in the top 10 in scoring in the Big West.
Freshman Gavin Sykes is 2nd in the conference averaging 19.3 ppg.
