High School Football Preview: Cabrillo vs. Lynwood

The Cabrillo Jaguars (0-3) take the field tonight at home at 7 p.m. for their final non league game of the season, hoping to pick up their first win. The Jaguars face a 2-1 Lynwood team that carries the lowest CalPreps ranking of any team they’ll face for the rest of the year–in other words, this could be Cabrillo’s best chance to get a win this season.

Still, win or lose, this season has been about re-establishing a Jags program that was left off the field due to low numbers during the Spring season. Cabrillo has played three games already in 2021, which is a huge win in and of itself–but they’d love to get a win on the field tonight too.
