It’s all left to play for tonight as Long Beach State women’s soccer hosts UC Davis at George Allen Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7.
The Beach (6-5-6, 5-1-3, 18 points) is currently in a tie with Cal Poly for first place in the Big West Conference standings. That means an LBSU win tonight a win guarantees the Beach at least co-champions depending on what Cal Poly does against UC San Diego. An LBSU win and Cal Poly tie or loss makes the Beach outright regular season champs.
No matter the results tonight, Long Beach will be a top four seed in The Big West Championships. However, if there is a tie atop the standings, the Beach can host the conference tournament next week if they maintain their +2 goal differential over Cal Poly.
