As a dedicated member of the Millikan yearbook team, he combines technical skills with a deep passion for storytelling and capturing powerful moments. Victor is looking forward to being part of the562.org and advancing his skills and passion for sports journalism. When he’s not behind the camera, Victor is part of Millikan Photo Club and enjoys listening to music
