Millikan had another great showing on the green against Long Beach Poly on Thursday. The Rams teed off with the Jackrabbits at Recreation Park Golf Course, where Millikan scored their season-best team score in an 18-hole match, defeating Poly 368-436.
Tyler Carmichael and Daniel Anderson led the Rams with a pair of 4-under par 68s. Senior Gabriel Romero was also a big swing for Millikan, finishing with a score of 75. Joshua Del Vecchio had the low score for the Jackrabbits, swinging an 82. Eshaan Batra was close behind him with a score of 85 for Poly.
With this win, the Rams improved to an undefeated 7-0 record in the Moore League and will travel to Los Verdes on Monday to face South Torrance. The league teams will get a little more than a week to prepare for the Individual Tournament which begins April 27.
