The Moore League cross country season opened with a historic El Dorado meet two weeks ago, setting the stage for an exciting meet on Signal Hill on Tuesday. Long Beach Poly swept the team results at ElDo, with Millikan securing second place and Wilson taking third in both the boys’ and girls’ races.

Individual race winners Camille Lindsay of Poly and Jason Parra of Millikan each set course records two weeks ago at El Dorado, and will look to continue their strong performances on the grueling course at Discovery Wells Park.

The first varsity race is scheduled for 5 p.m. with the boys’ race going first, followed immediately by the girls’ varsity race at 5:30. The562 will have live updates from the course along with full coverage after the meet.

Below are the current Moore League standings entering the second of three league meets this season.
