St. Anthony Soccer Finishing Season Strong

This St. Anthony soccer season has been full of memorable moments.

The girls’ soccer team is the undefeated leader of the Camino Real League. The Saints (8-7-0, 6-0-0) have won their last five games by a combined score of 19-4. St. Anthony has two games left on the regular season schedule. The Saints host St. Bernard at Clark Field (4:30pm) on Monday for Senior Night, and then visit Pomona Catholic on Wednesday.

The boys’ soccer team celebrated Senior Night on Friday with a 6-1 win over St. Monica. The victory moves the Saints (9-6, 5-4) into second place in the Camino Real League. There is one regular season game left at St. Paul on Tuesday.

The CIF Southern Section playoffs start next week.
