Six Long Beach girls’ volleyball teams start the playoffs tonight at 6 p.m.–we’ve got previews of every match and we’ll have live updates this evening. The second round is slated for Saturday at 6 p.m., except for Division 1, which won’t play again until next week.

Avalon at Liberty Christian 2:30 p.m.

The Avalon Lancers (12-14) earned their way into the playoffs in the last week of the season and will travel to play Liberty Christian (9-4) in the first round.

We will have previews of every match on Thursday as well as live updates from the first round of the playoffs.
