Pretty consistent over many, many years of CIF state track meets. A school from Long Beach wins a state team title.
Wilson’s Brooke Blue, Brooklyn Fowler, Clara Adams and Saniah Varnado run a 3:36.17 for another first place finish.
The Bruins finish with a new school-high 70 team points, more than double the second place team to win their fourth consecutive CIF State championship!!!!
Wilson gets another podium finish from Journii Spencer, who finishes in third in the girls' triple jump with a top mark of 40 feet on her second jump!!
Wilson's Kennedy Bryant, Riley Jones, Kimani Tindal and Shirayah Lewis Williams sets a new school record in the girls' 4x800 with a 8:53.37 for third place!
Here we are again… Clara Adams wins her second gold medal of the evening, running a 23.40 to come from behind and take first place in the girls’ 200m!! 🏆
Oh my. Clara Adams wins her second gold metal of the afternoon after recording a 23.40 to win the 200m!!!
