Long Beach Wilson’s London Welch, Brooklyn Fowler, Saniah Varnado and Clara Adams take gold in the 4x400m relay as they run away with the CIF-SS Division 1 title.
Long Beach Poly’s Arianna Thomas, Laila Kirk, Kadence Bain and Aliyah Stokes finish second and should wrap up as the CIF-SA runner up

CLARA ADAMS wins another one as she takes gold in the 200m with a 23.53!
Millikan’s Jaela Brown finishes 8th with a 24.96

Wilson's Saniah Varnado takes gold in the 300m hurdles with a personal best 41.27!
