Last year’s Moore League boys’ soccer season was a toss-up behind Millikan, who dominated the league while the rest of the standings became a scramble for playoff survival. Now, several teams believe they’re ready to contend, raising the question of whether anyone can halt Millikan’s four-peat bid and how the playoff race might shake out.
