The fall playoffs kick off today for six Long Beach sports teams as two Long Beach Poly squads as well as a team each from Millikan, Lakewood, Compton and Jordan all open their postseason journeys. Two other volleyball teams will start play tomorrow.

Tuesday, October 21

CIF Flag Football Playoffs 

Division 3: Long Beach Poly @ Villa Park, 4pm

Division 3: Millikan vs. Valencia (Placentia), 6pm

Division 4: Compton @ Sierra Vista, 5pm

Division 5: Jordan vs. Costa Mesa, 5pm 

CIF Volleyball Playoffs 

Division 2: Long Beach Poly vs. Yorba Linda, 6pm 

Division 6: Lakewood at Woodcrest Christian, 7pm
