It’s going to be a busy day with a lot on the line in Long Beach today, with seven teams playing in the semifinals or quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section winter playoffs. A record four Moore League water polo teams are playing in semifinals trying to make Saturday’s CIF-SS championships, while two soccer and one basketball teams will try to advance to the semis.
