P2S, Inc. Returns As Sponsor of The562’s Dirtbags Coverage for 2023 Season

The562 is thrilled to once again have P2S, Inc. as the official sponsor of our Long Beach State Dirtbags coverage for the upcoming 2023 baseball season. The P2S/562 partnership began prior to the 2022 season and will continue for the second straight year.  The Dirtbags’ season opener will be Feb. 17 against Wichita State.

“We are grateful for the continued support from P2S to cover the Dirtbags this season,” said The562’s publisher Andy Kerr. “At The562, we strive to partner with local businesses who share our passion for the Long Beach community, and P2S fits that description. We appreciate their sponsorship and look forward to another exciting season covering one of Long Beach’s premier programs.”

P2S, Inc. is an engineering, commissioning, and construction management firm that’s headquartered in Long Beach, with five additional offices along the west coast. P2S has strong ties to Long Beach, and has worked on numerous projects throughout the community, including at the Port of Long Beach, CSULB, the Long Beach Civic Center and more.

In addition, many of the engineers at P2S are former CSULB engineering students brought into the company via their internship program. The company is also connected to the local baseball scene, since P2S was involved in the design phase for the recently installed LED lighting around Bohl Diamond at Blair Field.

P2S is one of several sponsors supporting The562’s local sports coverage. The full list of sponsors can be found on our 562 100 page.
