The girls’ water polo playoffs continue on Thursday with a pair of Moore League teams in action. Poly is hosting La Habra at Cabrillo HS at 4 p.m. in the Division 3 bracket while Lakewood is hosting Warren on campus at 5 p.m. in the Division 5 second round.

Ellie and Kennah Iamaleava helped lead Poly to a win tonight. Kennah had 20 kills and 18 digs and Ellie came off the bench in set two with five kills and three blocks, including two to win the second set and tie the match.
Seniors Janiah Lorn, Jah’ashree Moore and Crystal Beltran did it all tonight as Jordan picked up their first flag football playoff win.
Lorn had 2 TD passes. Moore had 2 TD catches and a pick on a PAT attempt. Beltran had multiple flag pulls.
