It’s a massive day for the Moore League with two former players participating in key Major League Baseball playoff games.

Lakewood High alum Travis d’Arnaud will be behind the plate for Atlanta and is looking to extend his postseason hitting streak. He has six hits in four playoff games already with five RBIs and two runs scored. d’Arnaud has also homered in his last two games and was key to the win on Wednesday.

At 4 p.m. the New York Yankees will try to stay alive in the American League Division Series against the Tampa Bay Rays. The game will be played in San Diego and Wilson High alum Aaron Hicks will be in center field again for the Yankees.
