The Vikings’ road to redemption continues this week, with a longer road trip than usual. LBCC opened up conference play with a big win over ELAC last Saturday, and will travel to Bakersfield this weekend for a 6 p.m. road game.

LBCC won the conference title in 2016 and 2017 before losing the trophy in 2018. Bakersfield is just 2-4 overall, but the Vikings will want to focus in for the long road trip, as head coach Brett Peabody has often pointed out anything can happen when his team travels.
