Long Beach Poly cross country senior Will Frankenfeld’s season ended right where he wanted it to, in San Diego at the prestigious FootLocker Nationals. Frankenfeld did the city proud with an outstanding finish, taking 14th in the nation with a 15:52 5K time, along with a third-place finish out of all West Region runners and the top finish from all California runners.

Frankenfeld’s last race marks the official end of the Fall sports season for Long Beach athletes.
