Millikan won the Moore League gymnastics championship at Lakewood High on Friday with an overall score of 173.850. It is the Rams’ eighth league title in the last nine years, and senior Julia Fielder repeated as the individual league champion. The reigning Moore League Gymnast of the Year finished with 36.150 points, and used her elite floor routine to edge teammate Laura Faynor, who finished second with 36 points. Fielder was the only Ram to score above nine points on the floor.
Burroughs finished second (155.625) while Izzy Roquemore finished third individually. The Wilson Bruins (152.500) were third.
