Lakewood High Hosting Inaugural Golf Tournament In May

Lakewood Athletics and Activities Programs will host its inaugural Golf Tournament on May 21 at Lakewood Country Club. Proceeds from this tournament will be used to support various events throughout the year for Lakewood Athletics and Activities.

As it says in the official school release: “This event is a great opportunity to advertise your business, or to just come out and have an enjoyable day of golf. You can support our fundraising efforts by entering the tournament as a player, sponsoring a foursome, becoming a tournament sponsor, or donating items for gift bags, player support, silent auction or the gift basket raffles.”

“Your entry fee of $125 per player, or $500 per foursome, includes lunch, golf cart, gift bag, refreshments throughout the course, entry in all on course contests (longest drive, closest to the pin, most accurate drive), and post round awards event. All tournament sponsors will be recognized on the course and during the awards dinner. In addition, all sponsors will receive online presence on our school website in addition to acknowledgement in our 2018 Football Game Program and on all advertisements for the tournament.”

Please contact lkwdact@gmail.com or Lakewood Athletics and Activities, PO Box 8273, Long Beach, CA 90808 to participate and sponsor this event.
