Cabrillo softball tripled its win total from last year by beating Compton 24-0 in the Moore League opener on Tuesday.

Rose Morales reached base four times with two singles, a walk and a hit by pitch for the Jaguars. Ray Morales and Valerie Corona also had two hits each.

Cabrillo visits Lakewood on Monday, and Compton will travel to Wilson on Tuesday.
