At halfway through the Moore League girls’ golf season, the Millikan Rams are still riding an undefeated record after taking down Long Beach Poly on Tuesday.
The Rams teed off with the Jackrabbits at Recreation Park Golf Course, where the upperclassmen led the way to a win.
Senior Hailey Stoskopf has been a dangerous golfer for Millikan this year, and she continued her success on the green against Poly. Stoskopf was a medalist, shooting just 1-over-par round of 39.
Junior Janelle Pulido also had a good showing against the Jackrabbits. Pulido shot a season personal best of 4 over par 42.
Poly’s best golfer was also a junior. Kara Teter had the low round for the Jackrabbits with 42.
The Rams will be back in action on Thursday when they host Lakewood at El Dorado and celebrate Senior Day. Long Beach Poly will be on the road at Skylinks where they will tee off against Cabrillo.
