Wilson’s Brooke Blue, Brooklyn Fowler, Clara Adams and Saniah Varnado run a 3:36.17 for another first place finish.
The Bruins finish with a new school-high 70 team points, more than double the second place team to win their fourth consecutive CIF State championship!!!!

Saniah Varnado won the girls’ 300-meter hurdles in 39.95, breaking Olympic gold medalist Lashinda Demus’ Wilson school record of 39.98 that had stood since 2001!!!

Wilson's Shirayah Lewis-Williams finishes in seventh in the girls' 800m with a 2:08.99 while Poly freshman Laila Kirk goes 2:10.53 for eighth.
Points all around for Wilson! Congrats to Clara Adams (1st), Saniah Varnado (2nd), and Brooklyn Fowler (4th). We'll see them all back together for the girls' 4x400m to end the meet.
Fantastic finish for Long Beach Poly's Noah Smith in the boys' 400m. The USC-bound senior ran a 47 flat to take third place in his final individual high school race.
WOW. Wilson takes three of the top four spot in the girls' 400m, as Clara Adams takes gold (52.28), Saniah Varnado in second (52.98), and Brooklyn Fowler (54.41). 23 total points for Wilson in that one race!!!!!
Lynnox Newton takes a spill on the final hurdle of the boys' 110m hurdles and finishes in ninth. A tough finish for the senior after an incredible season in the hurdles events for Long Beach Poly.
Long Beach Poly's Kadence Bain finishes in seventh in the girls' 100m hurdles with a 13.85.
Wilson finishes in sixth in the girls' 4x100m with a 46.58. The Bruins had a full relay team of underclassmen with London Welch, Brooklyn Fowler, Jayda Cigar Dingle and Kayla Brown.
We’ve made it out to Clovis! We’re at Buchanan High School for the CIF State Track & Field Championships, where Long Beach Poly and Wilson have a combined 15 entries as the Bruins chase a fourth consecutive girls’ state title.
