Wilson improved to 5-1 in the Moore League with a win over rivals Long Beach Poly on Tuesday. The Bruins outshot the Jackrabbits 263-275 at Recreation Park.
Senior Charlotte White, an All-League First Team golfer for Wilson, led her team to the win as the low Bruin. It was a tough day on the course with freshly punched greens, but both teams battled through their rounds.
Wilson is back in action tomorrow, hosting the undefeated Millikan Rams at Recreation Park. Long Beach Poly will travel to Skylinks to tee off against the Lakewood Lancers.
