Millikan Boys’ Lacrosse Ends Season Against Huntington Beach

By Danny Katene Marindin

The Millikan boys’ lacrosse season came to an end on Tuesday with a 14-6 loss at Huntington Beach.

The Oilers controlled the proceedings until the Rams made it a closer game after halftime. Millikan was short on substitutes, but the Rams kept their heads up and made sure they weren’t pushed around.

Millikan’s goal scorers were Matthew Sutfin [3], Lassen Felix [2], and Erick Berrera [1].Rams’ goalie Brenin Melton had 14 saves. Just last year, Millikan was a club team and made great strides as a CIF member. Millikan will be ready for the 2020 season with a large group of returners.
