LBCC Women’s Volleyball Wins Conference Championship

The No. 9 LBCC women’s volleyball team pulled off an upset of No. 5 El Camino to force a South Coast Conference co-championship, marking the second consecutive year the Vikings have won the conference title under head coach Misty May-Treanor. LBCC pulled out the win in the Hall of Champions in five sets, 25-17, 20-25, 25-21, 19-25, 15-12.

LBCC (21-3, 7-1) now awaits their draw in the SoCal Regional State playoffs.

LBCC was led by Sierra Davis’ 21 kills as well as Tylie Johnson’s 20.
