Long Beach Poly defeated Millikan in straight sets, 25-20, 25-16, 25-21.

The Jackrabbits were led by Liz Schuster’s 36 assists, two aces, three kills, and 10 digs, backed up by nine kills from freshman Rylie McGinest and eight kills from senior Allanah Cutler.

Poly will host Wilson on Thursday afternoon.

Wilson 

The Bruins swept Cabrillo in three sets to improve to 1-0 in Moore League play; they’ll face Poly on Thursday.

St. Anthony

The Saints improved to 9-0 this season with a big win over Gahr, 26-24, 25-21, 25-18. The Saints’ close first set brought another nice piece of success–they’ve yet to drop a set this season. The Saints travel to La Salle on Thursday for their first match in the new Del Rey League.
